Frequently Asked Questions
After you submit the birthday party request form, we’ll create a custom digital invoice for you. A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation, which will be applied toward your total balance. On the invoice will be a link and a QR code to pay through a secure payment portal.
The remaining balance is due on the day of your party. The total cost will depend on your final guest count and any additional options you choose. You may pre-pay the full amount in advance using the secure link on your invoice, or pay in person at the Reading Science Center on the day of your event.
The standard party package includes admission for the birthday child, two hosts, and up to 20 additional guests. If you have more than 20 guests, there is an additional charge of $10 per person. We understand that guest counts can change. On the day of the party, we can update the guest count in our system and take payment for any additional amount owed.
