Get ready for a day of discovery and fun as the Reading Science Center invites you to our second annual Celebrate Science Day! This year’s theme is “May the Force Be with You!”—a celebration of the forces of science and imagination that spark curiosity and innovation. Not only will there be food vendors, music, and fun, but we are bringing together community organizations that will feature hands-on activities, live science demonstrations, roaming science characters, and more!

Discover convenient bike share options for traveling to Drexel University College of Medicine (DUCOM) for Celebrate Science Day! Wyomissing’s Bike Share program offers three stations in the area. Pick up a bike from the station between Wawa and the Quarry Soccer Fields in Wyomissing OR from the south side of Reading Avenue in West Reading and pedal to DUCOM. Enjoy a complimentary one-hour ride when traveling to Celebrate Science Day!

 

 

HERE’S HOW IT WORKS

Download the Movatics app on your phone from the App Store or Play Store, set up an account, and enter the code “sciencerocks” at checkout to rent a bike for free for one hour. After one hour, the billing rate is $1.50 per half hour.
