Join us for an evening inspired by the cosmos and grounded in the joy of discovery. Guests will take part in hands-on science experiences, sip bubbling signature cocktails, bid on exciting auction items, and join in interactive games — including the ultimate trivia challenge: Are You Smarter Than a STEM Student?
A Night of STEM & Stars celebrates the bright minds, bold questions, and big dreams nurtured each day at the Reading Science Center. As our signature fundraising event, this night brings supporters face-to-face with the students whose worlds are expanding through science. The evening will shine with curiosity, creativity, and community — all in support of accessible STEM education at the Reading Science Center for every child in Berks County.
An Out-of-This-World Menu
Enjoy a delicious catered dinner provided by Mayo and a cash bar throughout the evening. Guests can purchase our signature cocktail, “Galaxy in a Glass,” and take home a commemorative Reading Science Center glass as a keepsake from this stellar night.
Meet Our Sisters in STEM Guests of Honor
This year we are proud to shine a spotlight on several remarkable students from our Sisters in STEM after-school program. These girls represent the heart of what the Reading Science Center is all about: curiosity, courage, and the excitement of learning something new.
Through Sisters in STEM they have spent time experimenting, asking questions, and exploring how science shapes the world around them. At A Night of STEM & Stars they will join us as Guests of Honor, sharing their experiences in the program and their dreams for the future. Their enthusiasm reminds us why this event matters. When we invest in opportunities for young learners today, we open doors to limitless possibilities tomorrow.
