Event Details

The Reading Science Center is delighted to invite you to celebrate the official unveiling of this latest exhibit, the House of Learning, as part of our permanent exhibit collection. It’s an event you don’t want to miss!

Building blocks are often a child’s first step into the world of STEM. With these interlocking blocks, children can explore the wonderful world of construction, all while experiencing valuable engineering principles and theories. The House of Learning offers a place where imagination and creativity come to life on a grand scale through the power of STEM! We are thrilled to obtain these large building blocks for our guests and intend to add more educational pieces to the structure in the future!

We welcome the entire Berks community to visit our new exhibit on Saturday, December 2, 2023. The official unveiling will take place at 2 p.m. at the Reading Science Center during our open hours.

The Reading Science Center is a 501c3 nonprofit organization with the mission to foster the love of science through exciting and experiential STEM education in the Greater Reading community. Visit us on Tuesdays or Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. to experience 50+ hands-on exhibits, the Neag Cell Lab, and Curious in the Classroom!

Admission is $10 per person. Children under 2 are free. We validate parking in the Double Tree Convention Garage- please bring your license plate number when you enter the Reading Science Center and check in with a staff member.
