Event Details

February is Heart Month! Drexel University College of Medicine first-year medical students will be facilitating interactive sessions every Saturday in February in the Reading Science Center’s “Curious in the Classroom.”

Get hands-on with heart health! Medical students will guide visitors on taking pulse rates, listening to their own heartbeats with a stethoscope, and measuring blood pressure using a fun balloon model of the lungs. You can even enjoy building your own cardboard stethoscope!

This month, there’s something new each weekend! Check out our Events page for the full lineup!
